Washington allows limited representation. Luckily you are in Pierce County, which now has a program where you can bring your final documents for review before finalizing your action.

This presumes you file and serve the initial documents - the summons, petition, order assigning case to department and docs. as needed if you have children.

But save your money; all the forms you need are available at courts.wa.gov under "court forms".

Many attorneys will do a short limited representation at a reasonable price.
