Legal Question in Family Law in Washington
Facing mounting financial difficulty due to a failed business, my spouse suggested we divorce and I put the house and other assets in her name to protect them . Once the divorce was finalized she told me to leave the premises or she would call the police. I know I am an idiot to trust her in the first place, but do I have any legal recourse here? Lots of equity in the home and other assets,

Plenty of problems here. You could assert that she engaged in fraud in the divorce to seek to set the distribution aside, but you also engaged in fraud against creditors. This would require a more detailed analysis than is practical in a free answer. You need to consult with an experienced family law attorney.
