Giving up the rights of an unborn child

My girlfriend is pregnant- I need to know if in the state of washington if I can give up my parental rights to this child? I don't want to have to pay child support if I dont have to. And if i can, does the mother have to sign off on something like this also?

Not only will you need the mother to sign off, you will need the court to sign off on it, and that is not easy to do. Just because you don't want to pay child support is no reason for the State of Washington to release you from having to pay child support. Your girlfriend, even if she would agree to your not paying child support, is not the party in interest here, it is the child and the State acting in the child's interest.
