Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

My income is about 140000 a year. My ex- chooses not to work most of the time - but can earn ab out $35,000. 2 children (17 and 15) live with her. I live in Colorado what should my child support be? My ex- does not use the money for the children. She lives in a shack without running water or power.
