Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

kicked out of house

I am 24 years old. Can my parents legally kick me out of my house without a court order? I do not pay rent but I do chores in order to live there. Their house is my primary residence.

Of course they can. If you have a contract with them, they would have to follow legal procedures to evict you--which they could do. It sounds like the have allowed you to live there and that you have done chores to help around the house. At this point, they have changed their mind for some reason. I'd say it is time to move on.
