i recently got devoriced my ex husband owns a business and he still does, i was 25% owner of the business, it was court ordered that he would pay me out of the business of a sum of 60,000$ on june first of 2008 he has not paid me yet and its now September and now the money it is also court order that if not paid by june 1 08 i get 6% interest on the 60,000$, i dont have any money to sue him or to get a lawyer. What can i do or i will say what should i do about this?????

Interestingly, most family law matters can not be done on a contingent basis, but the straight recovery of money can. Talk to an attorney about a contingent arrangement. Assuming this is a viable business there is no reason the court can not compel payment (the process is called supplemental proceedings). As a contingent fee, you would probably not want to pay more than 20% of what is recovered.
