Perhaps. You will want to review the requirements in your parenting plan, usually paragraph 3.14. Then look at the statutes beginning with RCW 26.09.405 down through 26.09.560. Pay particular attention to the procedures to follow. If the father objects, the basis on which the court will make its decision is in 26.09.520.
