Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Notarize Final Decree

I'm getting divorced - no kids and have an agreement. She wants to move out of state before the 90 day waiting period, but I would like her to sign the Findings of Facts and Final Decree so I can present to the judge by myself and finalize the divorce. She is OK with this.

Do I need a notary public to witness her signing the final documents? Am I ok just giving the judge the final paperwork with her signature and going there by myself?

Re: Notarize Final Decree

No notary required on the Decree and Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. Only one of you has to appear if both have signed and 90 days have elapsed (from service or filing whichever is later).
