Legal Question in Family Law in Washington

Parenting plan question

My soon to be XHusband and I are to be evaluated before a final parenting plan is written. The current temporary plan states that he has every Odd MLK Jr Holiday...then it states:

For purposes of this parenting plan, a holiday shall begin and end as follows (set forth times):

''RESERVED''

Holidays which fall on a Friday or a Monday shall include Saturday and Sunday.

So X and I both don't understand...Are the children with me or with him?

Re: Parenting plan question

"RESERVED" is usually an indicator that nothing is being put into that section, but something may in the future. "RESERVED" in this context means you have not established the time of exchange. I would want to look at the parenting plan but from what you have provided I would say he has the children on this MLK Jr Holiday (odd year), but your TPP does not established what time the exchanges are to occur.
