Spousal maintenance
I have been legally separated from my husband since 2006. I was married for 32 years. At the time of the separation my ex-husband was not able to pay me spousal maintenance. Since then the has begun to recieve social sercurity disablity payments of $2048 a month. I want to know if I sould ask for spousal maintenance now.

What does your ex-husband have to do with this matter? Who were you married to for 32 years? Whether you should ask for spousal maintenance I can't say for you.
