unmairred couples rights

my boyfriend and i have lived togather for 14 year i have 3 children that are not his however he is the only farher they know and he has always been listed as their father, on legal doc. such as school records,doctor, ect. we puchase a home during this time that is in his name. he wants the kids and i to leave. Can he force us to leave our home? does he have any finacial obligation to us?

You need counsel now. You are involved in what the law calls a meretricous relationship - a stable, marital like relationship and the court can award you a share of the community you created.

He could ask a court to tell you to go, but under these circumstances it is likely that with competent counsel you can stay, and have your portion of the community determined.
