In Washington State, how often or how many times can my ex-wife come after me for more child support?

Anytime there is a significant change of circumstances (you can seek to adjust under the same rule). Your ORS may prescribe another period for review, but courts and DCS will generally be amenable to a review every two years without specific assertion of change, but it is something of a waste of effort if you do not think that circumstances have changed.
