Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Washington

I was at a Friends house and he barrowed some video games, he knowingly left his house unlocked and my games were stolen, i have asked him to eather replace or refund me for the games lost due to him leaving his house unlocked, i was fixing his computer at the time and it has been over 6 months now and still will not reemburse // replace my games at this point can i sell the computer to reclaim my losses?

No. Being in possession of your friend's property does not give you the right to sell it just because you think he owes you money. You can sue him for the value of the games but, unless there are some pretty unusual facts, the court is likely to say that the responsible party is the thief rather than your friend.
