Re: wrongful death

You should contact a lawyer IMMEDIATELY. In some states the statute is two years and in others like Missouri it is 3. I don't have the WA statutes available to tell me, but I would URGE you to call a local lawyer, or my office, TODAY for further information. Based on the information presented, you have a valid cause of action for wrongful death, provided the statute of limitations has not run.

As the statute of limitations is so short, I cannot assume any responsibility for any action on your case until a valid contract is signed and until I agree to accept your case. Therefore this letter is not intended to nor does it form the basis for any such contract.

Please call me a local attorney or my office at 888-717-7575.
