Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I came to the US through a B2 Visa. I married a US citizen and I applied for adjustment of status. My application was denied and a letter was send on 02/20/11.

My application was denied because my sponsor couldn't prove his assets. He has about $70,000 worthy of Assets. He owns a Super-Mart and his assets are his commodities. We submitted his business License.

I was told I can appeal the decision with more prove within 30days.

My question is, Can I use another sponsor to boost my appeal or do I have to get prove on only my previous sponsor's assets?

You can use another join sponsor as well, make sure that the total figure is 125% above the poverty line for your household size.

You can try to do both. You may get a joint sponsor who is a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident to help meet the minimum income requirements. You may have to reapply with the joint sponsor documents. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
