Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington

I'm a US Citizen and getting married to an Indian citizen next month in India. She currently holds 10 yr. multiple entry visitor visa to US. After our marriage we want to travel to US together for few months (3-6) for vacation and personal business then go back to India. She's a lawyer in India and had been practicing for 3 yrs. now.

Can she legally travel on her current US visitor visa to US with me immediately after marriage? Ideally, we really do not wish to immigrate to US at this time perhaps in future but just visit for sometime and then go back to India.

The spouse of a US citizen can travel to the US as a visitor, but it does take some planning and preparation. She will need to have adequate documentation to support her intention to return to India and not remain in the US as an immigrant. It will likely be best if you can both show employment obligations in India that you must return to India to attend to.
