About citizenship
I was wondering when you are applying for a citizenship does dismissed crimianal case matters? and also, your credit history matters(i.e. unpaid court fines)? Thanks.
Re: About citizenship
when applying for citizenship, all criminal arrests and convictions are taken into account to look at the "good moral character" of the person. Traffic infractions that are not crimes do not count. Just because a person committed a crime does not mean that they are ineligible for citizenship. However, there are some crimes, for instance, trafficking in drugs, that could get your green card taken away before obtaining citizenship. Glen
