Dissolve Marriage to Non-U.S Citizen
My brother in law married a non-U.S. citizen, but has since learned that she is obsessive & was deceived about her mental condition. She is now in the U.S living with him, but what can he do to end the marriage and send her back?

He can get a divorce to end the marriage and let USCIS worry about whether they want to send her back.
