My green Card

Hi,I am 30 years old and I live in snohomish county, I came to the US three and half years ago My wife is US citizen and I have Green Card we bought our house 2 years ago and both of us put money for down payment. I have a 10 years green card if I get divorce do I loose my green card or not?

Not. However, you should naturalize (unless this causes you difficulty in your home country). It is very easy to have a situation that can cause the loss of your green card or other status. The immigration laws get stricter every year. Often, the laws are retroactive. If you would like assistance naturalizing please contact me directly.
