Legal Question in Immigration Law in Washington
OPT Denied
My OPT was denied 01/26. My previous I-20 was valid until 12-11, date of graduation. I have plane tickets for 02/26. Will I be Out of Status when I leave the US. If yes, what kind of problem can I encounter when I want to visit the US again?

As long as you leave within six months, you should be fine.
