Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Washington

I am a professional photographer, I do nature / landscape type work, I am now looking to expand my portfolio to include doing model and head shot work.

To promote my expansion and to build a client list, I'm offering to do a free photo shoot.

I already have model release contracts and minor release forms as well as a TFP contract made up.

I have a person who wants to have pictures taken on a TFP basis, these are non-nude photos, but she is only 17, she turns 18 on Sunday, she does have her legal guardianship papers, and she lives with her older brother, not sure if he is her guardian or not. She will bring her paperwork to the shoot, along with her brother. Does her brother have the right to sign for her as far as the release goes, or what if I don't give the photos to her until after she turns 18, or does that not matter.

This is new to me as far as getting releases and the like, don't have to deal with this, doing pictures of mountains, lakes, and animals.

Thanks for your help.
