employer health coverage

If you were hired with a contract that

stated you were entitled to full vision,

health and dental benefits and then

when you tried to use dental benefits

and found out you were given half

the coverage due to a human

resources error (late enrollment by

employer) what are my rights?

Under Washington law, there is no entitlement to health benefits from your employer. Any rights you may have are the rights you acquired in the contract. The contract should also define what your remedies are. Generally, you should be entitled to the benefit of the bargain, but what the contract actually says will control what your options are.
