My employer has told me now 3 times i would be getting a raise/bonus.. i have signed a professional development agreement stating i would complete projects for the compensation... i still have not seen it and its been over a month.

Generally, you should ask your employer when you can expect to receive the raise/bonus. Is there some reason that you cannot do this?
