Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

Minimum Wage Issue & DUI Issue

A friend of mine (partially? unemployed), lives in Washington where she is payed $7.01/hour. Apparently, she gets payed roughly $560.00 per month and works 100 some hours per month (*note, I am unaware if these are exact hours and amount per month). Anyways, she claims to be getting payed under minimum wage. What can she do about this?

Another query;

She has been ill the past few days (non-work related illness) and is taking medicine to help her. She has a doctor's notice that states that she cannot drive while using her medication. However, her employer has been telling her that she must drive (therefore DUI). What can happen to her in this situation? What can she do?
