non decipline medical separation/termanation

what is the time frame to file in court. I was separated /termanated in 2001 I returned to work 2002.I have been trying to keep submitting greivences and kc civil rights.I loose all of the time. last filed in 2006

If you want to file a claim with the EEOC, you must do so within 180 days of when the offense occurred. If you want to file a claim under the state anti-discrmination laws, you must do so within three years.

If you are the victim of violations that occurred in 2006, you may still have a claim under state law. If 2006 is when you last attempted to file a claim, but the violations occurred in 2001, you are too late.
