Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington
I have a non-compete agreement in the state of Washington the lenght of the contract states: "two (3) years"
Would this contract be enforced at two years or three years?

Usually, and almost always, ambiguities in a written contract are construed against the person or party who prepared the contract, who is usually called the "drafter".
