If you received a 35 page contract from a company and you don't even recall applying for a job with them, I would suggest that you be very cautious. Normally, 35 page contracts are presented to prospective employees who have been through several interviews and are have been carefully screened for a much sought after position. It may be a legitimate job offer, but I would also be suspicious that it may be a scam, committing you to spend money for an "opportunity" of some sort.

I would suggest you carefully read the contract yourself first, if you have the stomach for plowing through contract language. If all looks okay to you, or if you tend to fall asleep before the end of the first paragraph, have an attorney glance through it for you.
