Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

I was terminated wrongfully. I want to file a charge against former employer. I am not sure how to do that? I went to Department of Labor website www.dol.gov. But there is no way to file a complaint. Just general number. I called them, and they redirect me to the State Department of Labor. In state department of labor and industries they told me that they don't handle this issue (wrongful termination), they just handle wages, over hours etc. I am confused what to do?
