unemployment benefits when forced to resign from work.

Is there any case law that would support me in recieving unemployment benefits after being forced to resign from my job ?

Yes, you can get benefits when you quit under many circumstances in Washington State. Some of them occur when a reasonable person in your position would feel compelled to quit after exhausting alternatives to keep the job.

Call the employment security department for more information, or check their website. Look at what the rules are before you sign up so you can focus your answers.
