Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Washington

I live in washington state and my landlord is trying to evict me. In my lease it state that if after four weeks of non payment of rent I agree to vacate the house. Can he force me to move before those four weeks are up?

Probably not, but he can bring the eviction action before the 4 weeks expires, so that upon the fourth week without rent, he can get a writ ordering the sheriff to remove you from the premises.
