unlawful entry

I got an unlawful detainer served by the office manager at the apartments where i lived. i am still in the apartment and the eviction process has not been completed. they have not done the order to show cause and get a court date. The general manager used a key this morning and walked into my apartment knowing that i am still there. can he really do that? isn't that an unlawful entry?

Yes, it is. Call the cops or housing justice at 206 205 8060; even if you don't live in King Co., they will help you find resources.
