Legal Question in Military Law in Washington

Military Clause: SCRA

I am active duty military pending seperation under CH8, Pregnancy Chapter (Voluntary) dated 7DEC04. I just rec'd orders 23NOV04 and notified my landlord (which we have a lease signed until May04) She has ''consulted'' with a civilian attorney and said that she was informed that my separtion is not considered a ''PCS'' and therefore do not fall under the qualifications for the military clause releasing us from our lease. When I read teh SCRA it states PCS orders or orders to deploy for a period of not less than 90 days. I was under the impression that because I have orders to seperate and the military will be returning myself and my dependents to my home of record that this is a PCS under separation. Please advise
