Legal Question in Military Law in Washington

Post Arraignment

I have already had my Article 32 hearing. My case has not yet been referred to Courts-Martial but will soon, I am sure. Is it too late to get a civilian attorney? I feel my ADC and CDC isn't aggressive enough or taking initiative. I have had trouble finding civilian counsel in my area with true military experience... McChord afb, wa
