Legal Question in Military Law in Washington
Spouse of an active duty military soldier that is having an affair. Now he wants me out of our rented house.

If there is a lease and you are named on it, you can stay as long as you wish. He cannot evict you under that situation. The answer could be different if you are living in base housing.
