Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Auto accident /Insurance problem

No fault accident. Car classified totaled. Bought back and repaired. Going to physical therapy. On medications and still having physical pain problems. Insurance company says I have a lot of Arthritus and only offering 2,500 to settle plus pay medical. Mean time running up medical bills which they will not pay until settled claim. What can I do? I do not thing this is a fair offer.

Re: Auto accident /Insurance problem

Where was the accident? What are the facts of the accident? The low-ball offer you received is typical of many insurance carriers, especially these days. Whose is the carrier you are dealing with? To get any meaningful improvement on any settlement offer, you will probably have to file suit. You need to consult with an experienced plaintiff's personal injury attorney. I am licensed in Washington; I can also refer you to a highly capable PI lawyer in Seattle with whom I work extensively. Please feel free to give me a call. Whether or not you may choose to work with me, you really need to have some legal help on your side at this point in time.
