Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Contractor caused injury

I had hired a roof restoration company to pressure wash my cedar shake roof so that would not have to work on a wet roof. After two (2) wash treatments, the roof was still not done satisfactorily. I informed the company owner that I would not pay unless it was done correctly. He told me that he would send his crew out again and told me ''to go up on the roof and show them exactly what needed to be done. I did as requested and fell from my roof and sustained serious injuries to mt hand (compound fracture/severed nerve), shoulder (li,ited mobility/stiffness), tail bone fracture and other body discomforts.

Do I have legal recource against the roofing company, as I was instructed by the owner to climb onto my roof? In particular, when the crew knew the roof to be wet and slippery and did not try to warn me or give me traction shoes designed for rooves.
