a couple of months ago I was injured on the the job, and have been on workers comp.from my employer have had many xrays and a MRI and found to have a non displaced laborum tear in my right shoulder and the ortho surgeon is unsure if he wants to operate. I have made progress with physical therapy but not 100% healthy yet the question is if i go back to work with out having my cartilage repaired is my employer liable for future problems with my shoulder connected to my torn laborum? and for how long?
