My dad's leg was ran over by a forklift at work. He had to undergo a below the knee amputation. Workers compensation is covering all the medical bills and anything related to his leg. I want to know if my dad can file a lawsuit against his employer or his co-worker that caused this accident. Please let me know if this is possible. I would appreciate a response back. Thank you!
