Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Personal Injury (New Subject)

Hello-

Just a question in your busy day.

The times we're living in as the example. SAY: A person was a researcher, and they were looking for information and

evidence out in the field concerning the sasquatch. If the info or evidence was planted by a 'hoaxer'...and along the route

of travel to investigate the (planted fake evidence or tracks) ...the researcher was injured in an auto wreck, or mauled by

an animal because of these 'plants' - is there legal rights there to proceed with a lawsuit because of the injuries involved?

If this could be proven.

Thanks for your time in this matter.
