Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

On my property my son and his friends ride their 4 wheeler motor cycles. I have them sign a waiver saying that they will not hold me repsonsible for any damages or injury to them. My son and his friends are in their early 20's. Should I be doing more?

I would recommend you have a conversation with your insurance agent, and make sure you are covered for losses to any of these riders (or others on the property, or losses to the property) arising from the use of those vehicles. If the agent confirms coverage, have the agent write you a confirming letter. Also, make sure you have high limits of liability coverage for that property.
