Statute of Limitations

Normally 3 years. Two years for intentional torts. There can be other rules that apply, but these are the general ones. If there is any question, you should consult an attorney.

The RCW chapter applicable to most statutes of limitations is RCW 4.16 http://leginfo.leg.wa.gov/pub/rcw/title_04/chapter_016/.
