Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Unpaid doctor bills by attorney

I was walking through a parking lot

and hit by a moving vehicle, I got an

attorney & reached a settlement with

her insurance where they would pay

my medical bills and compensate me

for injuries but after it was signed off

on I found out my lawyer didn't pay all

of my medical bills out of the

settlement and now they are in

collections And now they are telling me

it's not they're fault and that I have to

pay them, which are over $2000. Is

this true or are they trying to sneak

out of it?

Re: Unpaid doctor bills by attorney

Your remedy isn't against the medical providers if they haven't really been paid. It is against the attorney who didn't pay the bills. Contact me directly for further assistance.
