Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

I bought a house with a domestic partner.It has been my legal residence for over ten years. A year ago, she sold, took all of my possessions and will not allow me into the house either to reside or retrieve belongings Despite repeated attempts to suggest that she buy me out or make some other restitution, she refuses any contact.

From your brief facts it sounds like you will have to make a claim that you two had a committed intimate relationship (if you did not have a state registered domestic partnership) and then claim there is community-like property that the court should divide. You should contact a family law attorney.
