Gift Deed
What kind of form would be used to prove that a Grandma has given her home to her grandson as a gift but, he is purchasing the land through a bank. The mobile is a hud home and is not sellable through any lending company. The Grandma has moved into assisted living.

The mobile is a titled piece of personalty unless it has had the title eliminated because it was attached to the land. In that case, the mobile is inseparable from the land. If the mobile still has a title, then the grandmother must sign a gift letter whereby she gives the mobile as a gift to the grandson at no cost or charge.
