Covenants re non-profits (WA)
Thank you for the opportunity to reply. Unfortunately, there is too little to go on to respond. Is the covenant a covenant rleated to real property? Is it a covenant between the two non-profits or about the two non-profits? What is the subject matter of the covenants? If you provide more information I will do my best to provide an answer.
