Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Washington

Tenants in common

I hold a 1/7th interest in property thru a tenants in common agreement with 6 other siblings. What power have we given the managing co-owner, with concerns to ''delagated authority to sell or exchange the interests of all co-owners''? Does that mean she can sell or exchange our interests on her own, or does it mean after we all agree to something, she is the person to represent the group.? Does she have the power to act on her own, if an offer is made to her?

Re: Tenants in common

Impossible to tell without a review of the entire agreement. Happy to provide you with a referral to a local attorney who could probably interpret your agreement and give you an opinion in a half hour consult.
