Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

I am an heir to an estate, but have been removed from a revived will. Can I obtain the new will or view such will online if the individuale is presently alive?

If you were to execute a will, only you have the right to decide who gets to see it. Only after you have passed away does it activate any potential rights in others. A person is free to change their will at any time and as many times as they want while they're still alive. So, no. You have no right to view the will anywhere or get a copy of the new will unless the person allows you to do so.
