Inheritance and SSI
I live in Wa. My mother recently passed away. She evidently put a CD in my name before she died. I've been told this by my sister - but we are still waiting on more infor. from the bank. I'm on SSI and I can not have assets more than 2,000 that I know of except a car or house. I live in Wa. state and my sister lives in Oregon. My mother died a week ago in Oregon.
