Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

I married my husband in January 2009, he kept his bank accounts in his own name and I kept mine since I had access to his accounts and knew his passwords he didn't see the reason to change anything. Now he has died without a will and I'd like to close the accounts, get the money, and use it to pay bills. Also, he had a large insurance policy and his company is showing he had no beneficiary, will I get that money since I was his wife

Probate of your husband's estate will provide letters of administration. As his spouse generally you are going to get his the entirety of his estate after payment of debts. If no beneficiary is named life insurance is typically paid "by law," meaning it is paid as prescribed by law (you again would be first in line).
