Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

A resident of Washington state, I have a daughter by a previous marriage with whom my wife does not get along. My wife will not agree to my wish to make my daughter a beneficiary of 15% of my estate should I pass before my wife. How can I ensure my daughter receives a reasonable inheritance?
